Here at Minnesota Miniatures Market, we want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your products! If you aren’t, we are here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return:
- you must contact us to let us know the item is coming
- your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- your item must be in the original packaging
- the item must be eligible for return. Minnesota Miniatures Market will put a disclaimer on all products that are ‘final sale’. For example, all ‘Scratch and Dent’ products are final sale and not eligible for return.
Minnesota Miniatures Market will provide you with a new shipping label to use. We ship using USPS, so you can drop it off in any USPS mailbox.
You are responsible for packaging the products to send back. Most people choose to use their original shipping box and materials from Minnesota Miniatures Market, but it is up to you!
The price of the new shipping label will be taken out of your refund.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
If Minnesota Miniatures Market doesn’t receive the returned item within 30 days of sending a return shipping label, your refund will not be processed.
If you would like a different item, we can do that as well (provided the item is still in stock at the time of the communication). We will first process the return of the first item (see above) and will then create a new order for the exchanged item.
