Troubleshooting

Q: I can’t find the products I want by searching. How do I find them?

A: Does your search term have the word ‘dollhouse’ or ‘miniature’ in it? Try removing it. For example, change your search from ‘dollhouse plates’ to just ‘plates’.

Q: I want to return or exchange products. Can I do that?

A: Of course, provided you received your products less than 30 days ago! Fill out the form above to get started! Check out our Return Policy for more information.

 

Q: I placed an order. When are my products coming?

A: We will send you an email with a tracking number (or numbers) when your package ships. From there, it will be just a few days, through the US Postal Service. We usually ship orders within 2 business days.

 

Q: I can’t share my wishlist!

A: Have you created an account with Minnesota Miniatures Market? You will need to create an account, on the same computer, in order to access all of our wishlist features. Just click ‘My Account’ from the top or bottom menus and register. All your favorites will be there, and you can share your list.
